Start here How it works Willem creates dives; divers respond, suggest sites, vote, and coordinate.

This is a private dive scheduling board. Use it to see upcoming dives, mark whether you can go, share your real availability window, suggest dive sites, vote on site ideas, upload photos, and keep the group’s planning notes in one place before the final plan is set.

1. Check the calendar

Use the calendar or upcoming list to find scheduled dives. Each dive shows status, capacity, and response counts.

2. Open a dive and respond

Choose Available, Maybe, or Unavailable, then add the time window when you can actually dive or be at the boat.

3. Share useful details

Add gear needs, constraints, transportation notes, experience concerns, or anything the organizer should know.

4. Suggest a site

At the bottom of the response form, add site names or notes and place an approximate point on the map.

5. Vote on site ideas

Each diver can vote for one suggested site per dive. Changing your vote moves it to the new suggestion.

6. Coordinate with the group

Logged-in divers can see responses, time windows, site notes, map points, votes, gear notes, and uploaded photos.

For divers

  • Respond to existing dives.
  • Update your availability as plans change.
  • Suggest and vote on dive sites.
  • Upload useful photos from the dive.

For Willem

  • Create, edit, cancel, or delete dives.
  • Set date, time, capacity, meeting location, and planned site.
  • Use responses, votes, conditions, safety, and logistics to finalize the plan.
Site votes are preference signals, not final confirmation. The organizer still makes the final call based on weather, current, safety, group experience, capacity, and boat logistics. Responses are visible to the dive group for coordination, so keep notes relevant and useful.
